Hello! I'm Lacy Richards,  a life-long Republican and champion of conservative principles and freedoms.  I have a proven record of service to our community and I look forward to serving you as I advocate for responsible government, the protection of your God-given individual rights, and conservative values as Chair of the Weber County GOP District 12. 

 

I am dedicated to building and strengthening the grassroots of the Party, working hard to ensure the election of strong Republicans to office, and, above all, remaining true to the principles upon which our nation was founded.  My #1 goal is to empower YOU to serve and lead in your community.  As your District 12  Chair, I will represent your interests on the Weber GOP executive committee and Utah state central committee, and work collaboratively to ensure that District 12 runs smoothly and effectively and that you have all the tools you need to serve in any and all capacities in the Weber GOP.
